Advanced Waterproof Fleece (AWF) products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the first year of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion. RIVERS WEST does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow outerwear care instructions (below). Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
