When I’m hunting, I really dislike putting the hood up since I can’t hear as well. I’ve been known to also wrap a small towel around my neck to eliminating my shirt and T-shirt becoming all wet in those spitting rain days when it’s not raining hard enough to cover up but still get plenty wet over time as well as eliminate the cold wind down the back of my neck. We developed a hat that eliminated both – keep your ears on target and a dry, warn neck. The waterproof Radial Hat has a back cape that lets the water run right off and protects the neck from that cold wind, keeping your ears open and on target. In addition, for those cold hard days when your ears get cold, flip down the Lycra ear protectors to keep your ears warm, yet the Lycra does not close off your ears to all the sounds around you. A short front visor does the trick of keeping the rain out of your eyes. All in all, the best hat there is.
