If your jacket is wetting out even after cleaning and drying, we suggest you apply a new coating with a wash-in or spray-on DWR product (not included).

Garment Warranty ONE YEAR WARRANTY: VORTEX 2.0, HydraGuard, and Advanced Waterproof Fleece (AWF) products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the first year of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

RIVERSWEST does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow outerwear care instructions (care labels are sewn into every garment we produce).

10-Year Waterproof Guarantee:(Note: This warranty only applies to garment made with our Original Waterproof Fleece) Original Waterproof Fleece (OWF) fabric is fully warranted to the original owner against shrinkage and to remain waterproof and windproof for 10 years from date of original purchase. Should OWF fail in these characteristics within that 10-year period, your garment will be repaired or replaced with a comparable garment. This warranty does NOT cover damage to the fabric from misuse or ordinary color fading over time. This warranty applies to the integrity of OWF fabric only ad not garment construction. Garment construction is covered by the ONE YEAR WARRANTY and the Unbreakable Warranty (below).

Guaranteed Unbreakable: (Note: This warranty only applies to garment made with our Original Waterproof Fleece). Original Waterproof Fleece (OWF) garments are the most durable ever made. Feel free to take them through briar patches, thorn bushes, or even barbed wire fences. If anything goes wrong with your OWF product within the first 12-months of ownership, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

NOTE: The warranty only covers the fabric. if any snaps, zippers or plastic loops are damage over time due to wear and tear, the warranty does not cover it. if there are any manufactures defects, then we will repair or replace at our own discretion.
