WARRANTY - Advanced Waterproof Fleece®, Vortex® & HydraGuard®
Ripstop products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. RIVERS WEST® does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, and the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow Outerwear care instructions. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
