If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even afterextended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at ourdiscretion. RIVERS WEST® does not warranty and is not responsible fordamages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, and the natural breakdown ofmaterials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wearor failure to follow Outerwear care instructions. Damage not covered underwarranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged forreturn shipping.
